We are sad to see you go, but we understand that you no longer need the addon and would like to cancel your subscription.
There are two ways to cancel your subscription.
- Go back to the Google Workspace Editor (Google Slides, Sheets or Docs) then navigate to the extension menu and pick the extension you want to cancel, then select the Your Subscription. A sidebar will appear and you can go to the Payments Portal to Cancel Your Subscription.
- Follow this link directly to our payment processor, enter the email you use to subscribe and you’ll get a link to understand. If you didn’t see your account using this process you would need to use Option 1.
